Individual Athlete Assessment
Our Individual Athlete Assessment provides a thorough, one-on-one evaluation to identify each athlete’s unique strengths, weaknesses, and risk factors. Conducted by a licensed Athletic Trainer, the assessment reviews medical history, past and current injuries, sport-specific demands, movement patterns, flexibility, strength, and balance. Using evidence-based screening tools, we pinpoint areas of concern that could lead to injury and create a personalized plan to address them. This process supports safe sport participation, improves performance, corrects imbalances, and enhances overall athletic longevity, whether preparing for a season, returning from injury, or striving to reach new goals.

Rehab Programs
Our Rehab Programs safely guide athletes and active individuals from injury back to peak performance. Each program begins with a comprehensive evaluation to understand the injury, sport-specific demands, and individual goals. Using evidence-based techniques, we combine targeted exercises, mobility work, strength training, and functional movement retraining to restore range of motion, rebuild strength, and prevent re-injury.
